Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Urban Freex. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ve outlined our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition.
All tags and labels must still be attached.
The item should be returned in the original packaging (if possible).

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Items that are washed, worn, damaged, or altered.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

Message us on Instagram @urbanfreex OR WhatsApp 9342997959.
Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Our team will respond with steps to send the item back.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or wrong.
For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a return shipping label or refund your return shipping cost.

5. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item:

Our team will inspect it within 2–4 business days.
If approved, we will notify you and begin the refund or exchange process.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method:

Online payment refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer (you’ll need to share bank details).

7. Exchanges

If you want a different size or color, we will process an exchange once the return is accepted.
If the new item costs more, you’ll be asked to pay the price difference.
If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In case you receive:

Wrong item
Damaged item
Missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Exchanges / replacement will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
